IHRC Corporation has launched its urgent humanitarian operation in Gaza,

USPA NEWS - On the 10th day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, we celebrate Eid al-Adha - a festival of generosity and giving. It is a time when the kindness extended to family and friends is equaled by that offered to those in need.
Sadly, many people around the world are in awful need, whether near or far.
Among those most in need are the people of the Gaza Strip. We are talking about over 436,000 families - approximately 2,225,000 individuals - most of whom are homeless, unemployed, without means of livelihood, medical care, or even hope for tomorrow. These are people who often do not believe they will live to see the dawn of a new day...
Thanks to the efforts of humanitarian forces and international peacekeeping teams, the Government of Israel has established an official framework for humanitarian aid to this population. Only verified and officially authorized organizations are permitted to work directly with those in need.
The International Human Rights Commission - IHRC, an intergovernmental organization, has been honored to be one of these approved entities. We are proud of our mandate to deliver direct aid to some of the most vulnerable people in the world.

It is important to clarify that the role of the State of Israel is limited to issuing necessary permits.
The safety and security of IHRC teams and convoys lies solely with IHRC's own independent and highly competent Peace Forces.
In its first phase, IHRC's aid will rely on two coordination points, and direct cooperation with more than 25 Palestinian NGOs. The scale and effectiveness of this aid - along with the dedication of our teams - will depend on the funding we receive for this purpose.
Whether we can expand our support to reach a larger segment and have a broader impact in later stages will depend on the financial support we receive from you — those who wish to share their blessings with brothers and sisters in urgent need.

The IHRC, as an intergovernmental organization, together with its partners in the IHRC Alliance, has proven over the years to be a reliable guarantor of integrity and transparency in its humanitarian work. All donations earmarked for Gaza will be used exclusively to purchase and deliver food and medical supplies directly to those in need - without passing through any governmental or political structures - straight into the hands of the recipients. Our initial goal is to provide a 20 kg food parcel per person weekly, and we are working hard to increase both the quantity and the scope of support as soon as possible.
